Features: Full-length figure of a uniformed Union artilleryman stands atop a square pedestal on a tiered base. He wears a cap and his sleeves are rolled up. He leans on a ramrod, gripped at top in his proper left hand and shades his eyes with his proper right hand. The Corps shield insignia appears in relief on the front of the plinth
